Return Policy

You may return an item(s) in original condition within 30 days of the purchase for an exchange or refund if you’re not completely satisfied. Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned. Due to high seasonal demand and limited quantities of holiday prints, these items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., credit card, paypal, checks). Original or return shipping charges is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.

Orders with Free shipping offer will be charge for the original shipping fee. Please see our Shipping rate chart.

If you’ve provided your email address, we’ll let you know when we receive your package. Otherwise, please allow 7-14 business days to process your exchange, credit or refund.
